South of Canyonville, three to five miles on the east side of I-5. Site of landslide that occurred 17 January 1974 killing seven employees of Pacific Northwest Bell and two employees of Sage Pipeline Company. Raymond Bell of Myrtle Creek was never recovered. Marked with memorial plaque.
