Name of the person attached to the record, type of record (Ex. Death), county the record took place in, and the exact date of death. If you are missing any of this information you can look on our website to see if you can locate the missing information. The cost for this service is $40.00 dollars an hour billed in 15 minute increments. You can let us know on your request form if you are willing to pay for research and if so how many hours.
